Pet Policy

Hawthorne at the Hollow is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for each additional. There’s a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply.
